In my class, Academic Research and the Library, we are learning to develop knowledge practices/abilities to help develop information literacy. Our first practice involved validating the credibility of information sources. Our second practice is how to recognize scholarly conversation, what it entails, how to enter into it, how to recognize that a conversation is still ongoing, and how to summarize the past developments and current status of topics.
